  • Manage kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality of food production in a 5-star hotel setting.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Create innovative and seasonal menus, as well as oversee menu planning and costing.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for creating exquisite culinary experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine.
  • Experience in managing high-volume kitchen operations.
  • Previous experience in menu development and cost control.
