Salary: 700
• Execute preventive or on-call maintenance visits
• Ensure the timely availability of needed materials for each project
• Update Head of Unit on the day-to-day project execution
• Responsible for the accurate and complete maintenance of own materials
• Maintain company tools and equipment in good working condition and use them in a safe and responsible manner
• Clean and safely pack-away all materials and tools after completion of daily tasks
• Issue invoice, collect payment and prepare maintenance report on every client visit
• Complete maintenance requests in one visit
• Must be able to participate in Company’s emergency response team

• Technical Diploma is a must. Preferrably in Mechanics – HVAC
• Public Driving Lisence
• Relevant Experience: 3+ years
