Role Overview:

As an MEP Technician at our firm, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the design and implementation of MEP systems for a wide range of projects. From conducting site assessments to assisting with system installations and troubleshooting technical issues, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, functionality, and safety of MEP systems. Responsibilities:

Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data, identify technical requirements, and assess the feasibility of MEP solutions.

Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to develop MEP designs that meet project objectives and comply with regulatory standards.

Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for MEP systems.

Perform inspections, tests, and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure functionality, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements.

Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an MEP Technician or similar role, preferably in a consulting or construction environment.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, equipment, and components, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Familiarity with MEP design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required, with additional languages considered a plus.
