Role Overview:

This role plays a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for clients, integrating various marketing channels and tactics to achieve client objectives. This position requires a strong background in graphic design, as well as strategic thinking, client management skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with the creative team.


Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

  • Assist with clients, understanding their goals, preferences, and challenges.
  • Build strong relationships through effective communication, regular updates, and proactive problem-solving.

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's objectives, target audience, and industry landscape.
  • Identify key marketing channels and tactics to achieve client goals, such as branding, digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Graphic Design and Artwork Creation:

  • Utilize graphic design skills to create compelling artwork and visual assets that align with client briefs and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure artwork meets client expectations and effectively communicates key messages.

Content Brief Creation:

  • Develop detailed content briefs outlining the messaging, tone, and creative direction for marketing campaigns and materials.
  • Provide clear guidance to the creative team on content requirements, ensuring consistency and alignment with client objectives.

Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, eDM, website, and advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Social Media and Website Planning:

  • Develop social media strategies and content calendars to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and support client objectives.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to plan and implement website updates, improvements, and optimizations.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track key performance metrics for marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports to clients on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Use data analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, making strategic recommendations for future campaigns.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends:

  • Stay up-to-date of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing, graphic design, and digital media.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and optimize marketing strategies based on emerging trends and client feedback.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information to clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Client-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
