- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.

bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in maintenance management, in the FMCG manufacturing sector highly preferred Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma & statistical analysis.Ability to manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
