Are you a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a keen eye for top talent? We're seeking a strategic and results-oriented individual to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll work within the HR department to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Specify job titles and roles for hiring based on the business needs.
  • Determine selection criteria for the role.
  • Screening, initial interviews and selecting candidates from entry level to senior level ensuring the right fit for the position is hired.
  • Plan interview and selection processes, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and present interesting prospective talent to management for potential acquisition.
  • Work in conjunction with line managers to ensure an adequate understanding of their needs and the requirements and expectations of the required caliber.

 


3 to 5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role in F&B Industry is Must.Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.Proven Expertise in Talent Sourcing and Headhunting.Strong understanding of various recruitment channels, tools and systems.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.Flexibility and sense of ownership.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.Familiarity with the different applications within the Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Outlook, etc.
