Planning Activities:

• Monitor the Maintenance Planning activities and their proper execution and quality.
• Monitor the execution of planned and unplanned activities, major repairs and shutdown according to the pre-set schedule.
• Monitor the planning and reliability procedures and instructions to be provided to subordinates for execution.
• Monitor the work coordination between the different departments.
• Organise the work activities and responsibilities between subordinates.
• Participate in setting the maintenance yearly budget, monitor its expenditure and proper recording to ensure its accordance with the agreed limits
• Monitor the department’s and the maintenance KPIs, including:
• Critical equipment availability 
• Measure the man-hours utilization percentage 
• Measure the schedule achievement  
• Measure the unplanned jobs percentage  
• Measure the unplanned down time (YTD)
• Measure CM/PM ratio
• Measure Backlog days
• Measure the PM compliance  
• Measure Safety critical PM’s 
• Perform other assigned related duties as instructed.

Materiel Management:

• Approve and follow up with the Purchasing Request (PR) and Purchasing Order (PO).
•  Update the master item data, the minimum and maximum stock.
• Build the code structure for the spare parts.

Major activities, Cold-Run and Shutdown:

• Finalize and prepare scope (resources, service and support required)
• Follow up with the SD/Cold Run procedures executed by subordinates.

Turnaround:

• Assist in identifying the Turnaround main driver with operation maintenance team,
• Supervise the Turnaround procedures executed by subordinates,
