- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Odoo ERP system.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Identify and resolve implementation challenges to ensure smooth deployment.
- Coordinate between IT teams, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Provide training and support to users and ensure proper system adoption.
- Ensure data migration, system configurations, and integrations meet business needs.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
- Document processes, best practices, and lessons learned for future improvements.
