Supply Chain

• Implement effective procurement strategies and negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and maintain cost-effective practices.
• Identifying and minimizing risk by predicting the demand for products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and searching for new suppliers with good quality.
• Analyzing the supply chain data and solving any issues or putting alternative plans.
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
• Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
• Monitoring Availability of finished product to match sales forecast and have direct communication with sales team and with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
  
   

Logistics

• Discussing and negotiating shipping rates with product carriers.
• Arranging shipping plan, monitoring & supervising shipping process, analyzing actual.
• Reviewing shipping contracts with shipping companies and air and sea freight lines.
• Validating and finalizing the completion of paperwork for shipments and customs clearance of shipments on time.
• Dealing with shipping booking directly or through forwarders.
• Coordinate with finance team on Bank process and required transfer.
• Oversee customs clearance processes, including preparing and reviewing documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other service providers to coordinate logistics activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Update the status of all shipments and follow up on their delivery.
