Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.Proven experience in HR management roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar capacity.In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in HR-related software applications.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
