- Greet and welcome visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Responding to clients inquires either they were received through phone calls, what's app or SMS.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to callers and visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide support in busy periods
