JOB PURPOSE
Contact, liaise and follow up with the client starting from pre-inquiry till order stage under the guidelines of the Sales Manager or Business Unit Manager and maintain a good relationship with the clients while representing the image of the company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Establishing Good Working Relationships:
- Develop and maintain good working relationships through continuous contact of designated users and contractors.
Liaising with Proposal Department
- Liaise with the Proposals Department to ensure that all the quotations are submitted on time in accordance with the Company policies.
Follow-ups Sales
- Follow up with the contractors for all the allocated Quotations.
- Achieve his sales target by closing deals and sell products.
Customer Satisfaction
- After Sales visits to customers and end users to ensure that all the customer requirements related to the project are met to their satisfaction.
Monthly Reports
- Review the sales results with the Area Sales Manager on a monthly basis and report action taken to rectify any adverse variances.
Updates to the Sales Manager
- Issuing Weekly sales visit report to the sales manager in order to update and discuss the future course of action with him.
CRM Updates
- Update CRM on a regular basis
SPAN OF Communication
- Internal:Area Sales Manager, Proposal Engineer, Proposal Manager, TechnicalDept.,ProjectsDept, Production Dept., Delivery Dept., Finance Dept., Legal Dept.
- External: End-users, contractors and consultants

Skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum of 4-8 years proven experience in a Sales Job

- Good communicator with negotiation skills
- Empathic listener (with an intention to understand others' point of view)
- Database skills
- Software skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
