  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
  • Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
  • Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
  • Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts
  • Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Find ways to increase quality of customer service
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to drive operational excellence, meet customer demands, and maintain competitiveness in the market.
  • Analyzing production data and performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Addressing production issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as Finance, Commercial, Planning, and HR to streamline workflows and achieve overall business objectives.

Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar roleBackground in furniture industry is preferred.Understanding of 5Ss and Lean six sigma Techniques.Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations managementExperience budgeting and forecastingFamiliarity with business and financial principlesExcellent communication, Leadership & Managerial skills.Outstanding organizational skillsDegree in Business, Operations Management or related field
