We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Supervisor to join our team. The Telesales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of telesales representatives and ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales and demonstrated leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise Telesales Team: Manage and lead a team of telesales representatives, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Set Sales Targets: Establish sales targets for the team and individuals, and monitor progress towards goals.
Provide Training and Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
Monitor Calls: Monitor telesales calls to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback for improvement.
Motivate Team: Keep the team motivated and engaged to achieve sales targets through incentives, recognition, and regular performance feedback.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and trends to senior management.
Handle Escalations: Address customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.Proven experience in telesales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
