HR Operations & Personnel Manager

Egypt - Cairo
  • Manage HR operations at branches to ensure applying HR SOPs in different HR areas.
  • Resolve escalated problems from branches regarding internal or external (Governmental authorities) issues. 
  • Ensure and maintain accurate and updated employee data and all system fields on HR system.
  • Communicate with HRIS manager to add/resolve reports/system bugs to ensure smooth working operations.
  • Communicate with OD manager to ensure creating all new positions.
  • Manage the insurance & labor documentation, payments, problems…etc. to ensure maintain company rights.  
  • Manage and review payroll& Personnel associates allover branches to ensure accurate data and on time delivery of needed reports.
  • Manage and set the corrective actions regarding turnover.
  • Manage and ensure complete employee file to ensure maintaining company’s rights.
  • Manage and ensure employee contract renewal is on time and as per the department SOPs.
  •  Review section incentive and allowances to ensure matching with department SOPs and efficient results are met.
  • Reallocate HR areas as required to ensure efficient & effective results .
  • Follow up all legal issue with legal affairs department to ensure maintain company rights .
  • Managing all governmental payments to ensure maintain company’s rights.
  •  Develop all needed reports as required .
  • Ensure that all HR officers are following all HR sections SOPs and completing all required data.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
  •  Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.

People Management Responsibilities:

  •  Performs all Management responsibilities to lead & Motivate own staff to ensure high morale and attainment of operational objectives by ensuring:
  •  Employees have clear job objectives and challenging targets.
  •  Employees receive appropriate coaching, learning& development.
  • Appropriate staffing of the department to ensure workload balance and high productivity.
  • Appropriate compensation and rewards, motivates and recognizes top performance based on actual performance and compliance with the company business conduct standards.
  •  Maintains two-ways communication.

Post graduate study in HR is a must.High Ability of using computers and its various programs. Excellent analytical, and leadership skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
