Service Supervisor

1) Dealing with external service provider companies
2) Follow up on workers and new parking spaces in the complexes
3) Establish work schedules (daily/monthly), which will be signed and approved.
4) Develop a cleaning and operating manual.
5) Develop an escalation plan in emergency situations.
6) Develop a complete cleaning schedule, including cleaning car data as well as distributing the cleaning team and the mall company.
7) Modify work schedules upon request.
8) Maintain records of working hours and violation tickets, on a monthly basis, for all members of the cleaning team, which shall be for management as required and form part of the monthly compliance requirements.
9) Quickly submit reports to the Operations Manager.
10) Maintain a record of performance, and to conduct work as required.
11) Review the journal.


1) Upper-intermediate qualification or above.2) Previous experience in the same field.3) Age not exceeding 40 years at the time of appointment.4) Residents of Shorouk or neighboring areas (Badr - Obour - 10th of Ramadan).5) working in shifts (morning and evening) according to the work need.6) working on holidays and official holidays (according to the need of the work).
