- Dealing with brokerage companies
- Follow-up Brokerage companies, make Assessment and analysis for their performance, and Coordinating with them to provide all the required information about the project.
- Find new Brokerage companies to deal with
- Analyze work activities, and set performance measures in support of the Indirect channel's business plan.
- Responsible for assigning sales modules, market coverage management, and regional sales promotions and contests.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the indirect sales team to achieve sales targets and company objectives
- Identify areas of opportunity to drive sales and key performance indicators productivity in national retailers.
- Maintain and grow the existing customer base.
3-7 years of experience in real estate.Proven working experience as a real estate broker.Proven track record of sales.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Organized and detail-oriented.Initiative and self-discipline.Trustworthy and results-driven.Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable attitude in negotiation.
