- Prepare presentation materials for buildings (2D & 3D renders).
- Conduct and develop Architectural designs and presentations.
- Prepare Architectural drawings for various types of residential buildings as well as commercial and leisure facilities and Master planning.
- Participate in preparing calculations for initial Architectural area analysis for Projects.
- Review construction documents and drawings to ensure the design criteria and requirements are met throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate project details.
- Review client modifications to ensure each project's overall design standards follow the company's policies, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct area analysis and contract data forms to accelerate the process of client modifications efficiently.
- Set a list of guidelines and optimum design requirements to act as a guidebook for future designs to maintain standardization.
- Offer flexible varieties in design to adapt to different scenarios and applications.
