Job Description: We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner Manager to align human resources initiatives with business unit objectives, oversee performance management, handle employee relations, and foster workforce development.
Daily Responsibilities:
Partner with department leaders daily to address organizational structure, staffing, and performance needs.
Direct employee relations management, grievance resolution, and workplace policy enforcement.
Oversee performance review lifecycles, objective setting (KPIs), and talent development plans.
Ensure HR operations fully comply with Bahrain Labor Law and statutory regulations.
Analyze workforce data daily to identify turnover trends and implement employee retention strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
Comprehensive knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law, employee relations, and strategic HR management.
