Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Transport Manager to lead fleet operations, route planning, driver management, and transport safety compliance across regional transport networks.
Daily Responsibilities:
Oversee daily transport scheduling, fleet dispatching, and route optimization.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, fuel consumption, and operational transport costs.
Manage transport personnel, driver performance, and safety protocol adherence.
Ensure fleet compliance with Bahrain traffic laws, transport licensing, and insurance standards.
Resolve daily delivery breakdowns, transport disruptions, and emergency schedule adjustments.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in transport management, fleet supervision, or logistics operations.
Practical knowledge of GPS tracking systems, route optimization software, and fleet maintenance.
Strong leadership and crisis management skills in transportation operations.
