Oversee the daily operations of the Spa, Fitness Center, and all Recreation facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Lead, motivate, and manage the Spa and Recreation team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Prepare and manage the departmental budget, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets. Drive revenue through upselling treatments, retail products, fitness memberships, and exclusive leisure packages. Develop and implement creative, culturally inspired recreational programs and wellness activities to enhance guest experience. Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and pool supervision protocols are strictly followed and compliant with local regulations. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Coordinate with Raffles Butlers, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys. Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance for all Spa and Recreation areas. Maintain operational logs, prepare reports, and ensure all departmental records are accurately documented. Ensure all Spa and Recreation services, facilities, and team interactions consistently meet Forbes 5-star service behaviors and LQA operational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Spa, Recreation, or Leisure operations within a luxury hotel or resort environment. At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. Proven experience in a 5-star luxury property is mandatory.
