We are seeking an experienced System / Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure for GFH in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms, storage, backup solutions, and core infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization, backup and recovery, infrastructure monitoring, and troubleshooting within a corporate environment.

Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows Server environments and associated infrastructure. Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and user/access administration. Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and related services. Manage and maintain virtual infrastructure using VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper-V. Monitor server and infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and system health. Manage enterprise backup, restoration, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes. Administer storage systems, file servers, permissions, and shared infrastructure resources. Perform regular operating system patching, upgrades, security updates, and infrastructure maintenance. Troubleshoot complex server, operating system, application, connectivity, and infrastructure issues. Support infrastructure security, including system hardening, privileged access, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation. Coordinate with network, security, application, database, and service desk teams to resolve technical incidents. Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with IT service-management procedures. Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation, configurations, procedures, asset records, and technical diagrams. Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations, upgrades, implementations, and technology refresh initiatives. Work with technology vendors and service providers when required. Ensure infrastructure complies with organizational security policies, standards, and operational requirements. Provide technical support and participate in on-call/escalation support when required.
