AC TECHNICIAN – URGENT HIRING

Dubai Air Conditioning W.L.L is seeking an experienced AC Technician to join our team in Bahrain.

Salary: BHD 200 – 250 per month (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:

Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on AC/HVAC experience in the GCC

Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of split, ducted, central AC systems &Chiller Systems.

Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical wiring, and HVAC controls

Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and manage service calls

Valid Bahrain/GCC driving license preferred

Transferable CPR preferred

Technical Skills

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of split, ducted, and central AC systems
• Understanding of refrigeration cycles and cooling systems
• Electrical wiring and circuit troubleshooting
• HVAC control systems and thermostats
• Refrigerant handling, charging, and leak detection
• Compressor, condenser, and evaporator servicing
• Preventive maintenance scheduling
• Use of HVAC tools and equipment (gauges, multimeters, vacuum pumps, etc.)

Diagnostic & Problem-Solving Skills

• Fault-finding and troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues
• Root cause analysis for recurring AC problems
• Quick decision-making for on-site repairs

Safety & Compliance

• Knowledge of HVAC safety standards and protocols
• Safe handling of refrigerants and electrical components

Soft Skills

• Time management and ability to handle multiple service calls
• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team coordination for larger installation projects
• Basic reporting/documentation of work completed
