JOB TITLE
Mixologist | Time Out Market | MAF Properties

Role Purpose

Time Out Market is the division of Time Out Group that brings food and cultural experiences to life for our guests, readers and clients. Our Market Mixologists provide outstanding guest service and product to ensure that each of our guests enjoy a memorable experience with each visit.

Role Details - Key Responsibilities:

• Be aware of portion control and product identification.
• Answer guests' questions about our venues, menus, and pricing.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes and take their orders.
• Be Responsible for accurately checking guest identification and provide service to beverage runners in a timely manner.
• Check beverage orders prior to serving to ensure that they are correct, properly presented and that special requests have been met.
• Follow given drink recipes when dispensing drinks and garnish beverages as needed per company standards and recipes.
• Deliver beverage orders promptly.
• Organize and prioritize service per appropriate sequence of service.
• Prepare guest checks through POS terminal functions and process guest payments by cash, credit card, comps, and all other tender types.
• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area throughout shift.
• Comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and country laws.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Graduate.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good English level.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with a team.
