The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa Bahrain is ideally located in the heart of the city s commercial and diplomatic area with 245-keys as well as 121 Residence unit. The hotel also have one of the largest convention center in the city as well as 15 meeting rooms as well as six restaurants and bars. The Diplomat Garden with 3 swimming pools, the extensive The Diplomat Spa, s state-of-the-art gym and an exclusive Ladies only Spa & Gym are part of the hotel s facilities to make every moment matter! Desired Candidate Profile

Female Candidate only

Proven experience in similar role in luxury spa and health club for a minimum of 2 years

Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style

Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry

Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations

Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy

Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms

Strong communication skills
