Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough client assessments to create personalized treatment plans that address specific pain points and relaxation needs.
  • Utilize a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, to provide effective relief and relaxation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and linens are sanitized after each use to promote client safety.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy, self-care techniques, and lifestyle changes to enhance their overall well-being.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Hold a valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited institution, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in various massage techniques.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for diverse clientele.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
