Greetings,

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a leading freight forwarding organisation based in the UAE which has started a new setup in Bahrain. Our client is a well-established Indian firm in the international maritime and aviation industries, with over three decades of experience supporting global logistics through air freight, ocean freight, road transportation, project logistics. We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional for the following position:

Position: Customer Service Executive (Pricing Executive) – Air & Sea Imports

Location: Bahrain

Candidate Requirements:

• Must be currently based in the Bahrain 

• Mandatory experience in Air & sea imports and Pricing within a freight forwarding company in the Bahrain

• Strong customer service, communication, and coordination skills.

• Proactive, aggressive, and customer service-orientated approach

  
  

Key Responsibilities:

Request and negotiate ocean, air, and land freight rates with global shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents.

Quotation Preparation: Calculate comprehensive landed costs—including freight charges, local port fees, customs clearance, and trucking—to deliver accurate and timely quotes to clients or the internal sales team. 

Working Schedule:

• 6 days per week/Alternate Saturdays off
