Roles & Responsibilities
*Key Responsibilities
✔ Supervise the daily operations of heavy equipment, including wheel loaders, forklifts, tractors, trailers, and Hiab trucks.
✔ Oversee fleet operations, delivery scheduling, and transportation activities.
✔ Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment repairs to minimize downtime.
✔ Monitor equipment utilization, fuel consumption, inspections, and maintenance records.
✔ Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety procedures, and company standards.
✔ Lead operators, drivers, and helpers to achieve safe and efficient operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
*Requirements
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy equipment and fleet supervision.
✔ Experience in the concrete products, ready-mix concrete, construction materials, logistics, or industrial sectors is preferred.
✔ Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, fleet operations, and preventive maintenance.
✔ Good computer skills (Excel, reporting, and fleet records).
✔ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*المتطلبات
✔ خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المعدات الثقيلة والإشراف على الأسطول.
✔ يفضل الخبرة في منتجات الخرسانة، الخرسانة الجاهزة، مواد البناء، اللوجستيات، أو القطاعات الصناعية.
✔ معرفة قوية بالمعدات الثقيلة، عمليات الأسطول، والصيانة الوقائية.
✔ مهارات حاسوبية جيدة (Excel، إعداد التقارير، وسجلات الأسطول).
✔ دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس (مفضل).
✔ مهارات قيادية واتصال وحل المشاكل قوية.
