Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on all batching plant equipment, including conveyors, mixers, and control systems, to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to accurately troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to during maintenance and repair operations, protecting yourself and colleagues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools, as well as precision measuring instruments.
