Roles & Responsibilities

Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions leveraging the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Development: Develop custom applications, workflows, and reports using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 platform capabilities Customization: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs, including entity customization, form design, workflows, business rules, and integrations Integration: Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and other integration tools Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions Documentation: Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability of solutions Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on developed solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to the Power Platform and Dynamics 365
