POSITION REQUIREMENTS Profile Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management Consultant Experience 8-10 Yrs Duration 1 year Location Onsite - Bahrain Type Fulltime Expected Joining Date Immediate Job Description - u2022 Oracle Fusion Talent Management Implementation: Hands-on end-to-end implementation experience across Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Learning & Development, Profile Management, Career Development, and Compensation Management u2014 from requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, testing, and go-live delivery. u2022 Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) & Talent Acquisition: Deep expertise in configuring Oracle Recruiting Cloud covering candidate lifecycle, job requisition templates, offer management, interview scheduling, onboarding workflows, internal mobility, and recruiting agency management u2014 with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ORC configuration and workflow issues.
