Job description

  • Communicate and receive customer requests promptly and efficiently
  • Achieve monthly sales targets in a timely manner
  • Identify client requirements and document any vehicle issues
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products and services to clients
  • Maintain service excellence to ensure repeat business
  • Follow up on job orders with relevant parties as needed
  • Adhere to all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies
  • Provide regular progress reports as required
  • Follow and implement the relevant requirements of the Environment, Health, Safety, & Quality manual
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned


Skills

  • Good customer service and customer handling
  • Good English and Arabic communication skills
  • Preferably having an automotive background
