Asst Relationship Manager — Corporate Banking (Bank Secondment)
Assure Consulting is hiring an Assistant Relationship Manager for a secondment opportunity within the corporate banking division of a leading Bahraini bank.
Role Overview The ARM will support relationship managers in managing corporate client portfolios, credit applications, documentation, and transaction execution.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation of credit applications, financial spreading, and credit memos
- Analyse client financial statements for creditworthiness and debt service capacity
- Assist in structuring credit facilities including term loans, overdrafts, and trade finance lines
- Attend client meetings and serve as day-to-day contact for client queries
- Manage loan documentation including facility letters and security documentation
- Process Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and trade finance transactions
- Prepare portfolio reports and management information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or Accounting
- CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance/Banking) preferred
- 3-8 years in corporate banking, commercial banking, or credit analysis within a bank
- Understanding of loan documentation and trade finance instruments
- GCC banking experience strongly preferred
- Strong English communication; Arabic is a significant advantage
