We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Laundry Valet / Pressman to join our Laundry team. This role is responsible for ensuring all guest garments and hotel linens are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest luxury standards.

Precision, garment care knowledge, and attention to detail are essential in delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Garment Care & Pressing

• Press guest garments using steam press, hand iron, and finishing equipment.

  
  

• Identify fabric types and apply correct temperature and pressing techniques.

  
  

• Ensure garments are returned wrinkle-free, stain-free, and properly folded or hung.

  
  

Laundry Operations

• Sort laundry items according to fabric type, color, and treatment requirements.

  
  

• Inspect items for stains or damage before and after processing.

  
  

• Report damaged garments or irregularities immediately to the supervisor.

  
  

• Tag, track, and ensure accurate delivery of guest laundry.

  
  

Quality & Service

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the laundry area.

  
  

• Ensure timely processing and delivery in accordance with service standards.

  
  

• Handle guest items with care, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  
  

• Support linen pressing and finishing when required.

  
  

• Previous experience as a Laundry Valet, Pressman, or similar role in a hotel environment preferred.
