Job Title: Head Chef – Rice Cuisine
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef specialized in Rice & meat dishes to lead production in a professional kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and oversee production of:
• Yemeni and GCC-style dishes
• Bukhari rice
• Meat-based rice dishes (lamb & chicken)
• Manage daily kitchen production and food quality
• Supervise and train kitchen staff
• Control portions, consistency, and food costs
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Coordinate with management on planning and improvements
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Gulf cuisine
• Strong knowledge of meat cooking (lamb & chicken)
• Ability to manage kitchen production at scale
• Leadership skills and experience managing a kitchen team
• Organized, disciplined, and reliable
• Ability to work under pressure
