Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Outdoor Business Development Officer, based in Manama. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and maintaining existing partnerships. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing strategies for business growth, meeting potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and following up on sales and project requirements to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications Proven expertise in New Business Development and ability to identify potential markets. Strong Analytical Skills with an understanding of market trends and financial reports. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships. Background in Finance and the ability to create budgets, proposals, and project cost estimations. Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Previous experience in the construction, landscaping, or related industry is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
