Job Description
This role is critical in establishing the overall revenue strategy for both Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort and Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort. You will be responsible for maximizing total revenue, optimizing pricing and distribution, and driving market positioning through data-led decision making, while aligning with brand standards and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the pre-opening setup of the Revenue Management function, including systems, strategies, processes, and reporting for both properties.
Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies across rooms, F&B, and ancillary outlets to maximize profitability and market share.
Establish pricing, yield, and inventory strategies based on market demand, competitive analysis, and forecasting.
Manage and optimize distribution channels, rate parity, and OTA performance in line with brand guidelines.
Conduct regular market, competitor, and demand analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Prepare and present accurate forecasts, budgets, and revenue reports to senior management.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on commercial strategies.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of revenue management systems and tools.
Monitor and analyze KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, market share, and total revenue performance.
Support the Hotel Manager and ownership with strategic insights, scenario planning, and performance recommendations during pre-opening and post-launch phases.
This role is ideal for a forward-thinking revenue leader with strong pre-opening experience and the ability to balance luxury and lifestyle brand strategies within a dynamic resort environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in hotel management or finance.
• 2 years holding a Revenue Manager position at comparible hotel.
• Familiar with the hotel operations, available technology (PMS & RMS) and all distributionchannels.
• Understand the dynamics of regional & local markets, as well as local competitors and events.
