Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize online product listings across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, attractive visuals, and compelling descriptions.
  • Proactively engage customers via WhatsApp, chat widgets, and social media to answer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and drive conversions.
  • Assist with order processing, payment collection, and coordination with logistics to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
  • Track sales metrics, monitor performance against targets, and report insights to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Support promotional campaigns, discount codes, and seasonal campaigns to maximize online revenue.
  • Collaborate with customer service to resolve issues, handle returns, and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, pricing, and availability; stay informed about market trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Assist in building a customer relationship management (CRM) process, segmenting audiences, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social selling; internship-to-full-time pathway available.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., storefront CMS, marketplaces) and WhatsApp business tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable sales tactics.
  • Customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
