Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize online product listings across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy, attractive visuals, and compelling descriptions.
- Proactively engage customers via WhatsApp, chat widgets, and social media to answer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and drive conversions.
- Assist with order processing, payment collection, and coordination with logistics to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
- Track sales metrics, monitor performance against targets, and report insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Support promotional campaigns, discount codes, and seasonal campaigns to maximize online revenue.
- Collaborate with customer service to resolve issues, handle returns, and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, pricing, and availability; stay informed about market trends and competitors’ activities.
- Assist in building a customer relationship management (CRM) process, segmenting audiences, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social selling; internship-to-full-time pathway available.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., storefront CMS, marketplaces) and WhatsApp business tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable sales tactics.
