SAP Skills: -
• Basic knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, Unix).
• Familiarity with SAP systems and basis work is highly desired
• Familiarity with networking concepts and a knowledge on IT infrastructure, databases, and operating systems is a plus.
Responsibilities: -
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ERP, S/4HANA, BW, etc.).
• Support user administration activities including creating and managing user accounts and roles.
• Assist in the application of patches and updates to SAP systems.
• Participate in system upgrade projects and provide support during upgrade activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Actively engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance SAP Basis knowledge and skills.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
Qualification/Education Requirements: -
• Bachelor’s Degree IT
• 1-2 years of experience in a related in SAP or system administration.
• SAP certification is preferable.
• Ready to work in rotational shifts, including US, UK and Japan shifts timings.
Business Skills: -
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (optional).
• Understand business processes for focus areas or modules.
• Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
• Strong analytical skills.
