We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to grow this side of the business by building strong relationships with companies and creating tailored sports experiences that deliver real engagement.
Role Overview The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving B2B revenue by selling Malaeb’s corporate offerings, including employee sports events, company tournaments, family days, and sponsorship opportunities. This is a relationship-driven sales role that combines outbound business development, account management, and solution-based selling. You will work closely with operations and marketing to design experiences that meet client objectives while generating sustainable revenue for Malaeb.
Key Responsibilities Corporate Sales & Business Development Identify and target corporate clients across HR, CSR, Marketing, and Admin teams Sell corporate sports events such as:Staff tournaments and leagues Company wellness and engagement programs Family days and community sports events Develop tailored proposals based on client goals, budgets, and timelines Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing Sponsorships & Partnerships Identify sponsorship opportunities linked to Malaeb events, leagues, and platforms Pitch sponsorship packages to brands seeking visibility and engagement Manage sponsor relationships before, during, and after events Work with internal teams to ensure sponsor value is delivered Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers Act as the main point of contact for corporate accounts Upsell and cross-sell additional events or sponsorship opportunities Maintain a strong pipeline of repeat and referral business Coordination & Execution Support Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth event delivery Align with marketing on branding, sponsorship assets, and communications Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met Reporting & Pipeline Management Track leads, deals, and client communications using CRM tools Forecast revenue and report on sales performance Share market insights and feedback with the leadership team
Requirements Must-Have3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in events, sports, hospitality, or experiences Proven ability to sell custom solutions, not just off-the-shelf products Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Comfortable with outbound sales and client meetings Excellent communication and presentation skills Nice-to-Have Experience selling to HR, CSR, or Marketing departments Background in sports, events, or sponsorship sales Existing corporate network in the local market Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment
