CentreAgentmusthavestrongcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytomaintaingoodrapporton the phone.
DUTIES ACTUALLY PERFORMED BYTHISPOSITION:
Answer all callswithin 2 rings
Cordial and positive tone ofvoice in allcalls
Focus on needs ofthe customer and provide for theirqueries and requests
Sell, up-sell and cross-sell different products and servicesto the customer
Ensure the nextsteps and requirements are alignedand clarifiedwith the customer before the end ofthe call
Data entry
Filingand documentationmanagement
Updatinginformation and ensuringaccuracyofdata records
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONREQUIRED(EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS)
Minimum ofhigh school certification
Diploma and some formofwork experience ispreferred
Strong communication skills
Goodsellingskills
Positive energyandteamwork ethos
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong English language
Goodunderstandingofthe services
Be highlycomputer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office Products.
