Position Summary

The Marketing Director – F&B is responsible for leading brand strategy, marketing performance, and customer engagement across a portfolio of premium food and beverage concepts. The role focuses on strengthening brand equity, driving footfall and revenue, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all dining formats, including fine dining, casual dining, and lifestyle concepts.

This role works closely with senior leadership and business unit heads to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support commercial growth and long-term brand value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead group-wide marketing and brand strategy for multiple F&B concepts
  • Develop marketing strategies for new restaurant launches and existing brands
  • Oversee execution of integrated campaigns including digital, social media, PR, influencers, events, and partnerships
  • Drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, and repeat visitation
  • Collaborate with operations to align promotions, menus, and seasonal campaigns
  • Lead customer engagement, CRM, and loyalty initiatives
  • Manage market research, guest insights, and competitive analysis
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints including restaurants, menus, digital platforms, and packaging
  • Build strategic partnerships and oversee media relations
  • Plan and manage annual marketing budgets and track ROI
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams
  • Manage agencies, creative partners, and suppliers
  • Stay ahead of F&B trends, dining behavior, and digital innovation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Senior marketing leadership experience within the Food & Beverage industry
  • Proven experience managing multiple restaurant brands or concepts
  • Strong understanding of F&B consumer behavior and dining trends

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing platforms
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic
