Record and track daily employee attendance
Prepare job orders and maintain related documentation
Create, manage, and update quotations
Prepare and maintain overtime records
Coordinate basic office administrative tasks
Provide day-to-day administrative support to management
Requirements

Freshers are welcome; prior experience is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
