Job Description
Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for a creative and passionate Mixologist to join our Food & Beverage team and elevate our guest beverage experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and serve innovative cocktails in line with brand standards
Develop signature drinks and seasonal cocktail menus
Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of beverages
Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar
Control stock levels and minimize wastage
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a luxury hotel or high-end bar
Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
Passion for creativity and guest interaction
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
