Job Description:
Support the Head of Operations in delivering high-quality client services, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing accurate, timely service, identifying process improvements, reducing risks, and enhancing internal controls.
Ensure full compliance with Islamic banking policies, corporate procedures, and operational standards, including proper documentation, verification, and adherence to departmental goals.
Contribute to developing and refining products and processes by sharing best practices, assisting with testing, and recommending enhancements to systems, workflows, and methodologies

Qualifications:
Must have excellent verbal and written English & Arabic communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or Accounting or any related field; Certifications related to Trade Finance or Banking Operations are added advantage
At least 8 years' experience in the banking industry with at least 5 years in leading banking organization
Practical knowledge of SWIFT, SafeWatch, and core banking systems (iMal preferred); strong understanding of international payments, AML/KYC/OFAC/FATF regulations; and solid experience in Trade Finance, Money Market transactions, and NOSTRO/VOSTRO account management.
