Administrator / Project Specialist

A Bahrain-based handmade clothing and design company, recently expanding into installations and homeware, is looking for a creative and organized Administrator / Project Specialist.
The role involves managing day-to-day operations, following up on production and fabric orders, coordinating with tailors and suppliers, and assisting with creative opportunities such as exhibitions and installations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and follow up on production timelines and fabric orders (including international suppliers).
Coordinate with tailors, artisans, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Assist in sourcing new tailors or production partners as needed.
Maintain organized records of orders, deliveries, and project progress.
Support creative tasks such as preparing Adobe files, lookbooks, or visual materials.
Research and identify exhibitions, pop-ups, and event opportunities for the brand.
Help manage studio setup and operations as the company transitions into its new space.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the founder.
1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or a creative support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator or Photoshop).
Tech-savvy and comfortable managing digital tools and files.
Creative mindset with an appreciation for design, fashion, or textiles.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Experience working with Indian suppliers or in textile production.
