Sales Executive - Events & Exhibitions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events and exhibitions sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government entities, associations, and event sponsors.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by securing new clients and maximizing revenue from existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including event planners, marketing, and operations to ensure successful event execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability.
  • Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and provide sales reports to management.


Skills

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the events, exhibitions, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Strong understanding of event planning, sponsorship sales, and exhibition booth sales.
  • Experience in corporate events, light shows, concerts, and exhibition theme conceptualization & booth/stand design.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within KSA and GCC for client meetings and events.
