Sponsorship Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors and partners.
  • Engage in consultative selling to understand the needs of clients and align solutions with their objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee project sponsorships, from negotiation to execution, ensuring all commitments are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate online advertising initiatives that support sponsorship sales.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, contributing to revenue growth and business development efforts.
  • Design and implement sales strategies that drive business partnerships and enhance customer relationship management.
  • Promote and sell promotional merchandise to enhance the visibility and impact of sponsorships.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in consultative selling and stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of project sponsorships and business development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across different functions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on sponsorships or related fields.
  • Up to 9 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in revenue growth strategies and executing successful sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships and driving business results.
