Key Responsibilities:
✅ Guest Experience & Customer Service:
- Greet and engage with guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
- Oversee VIP and regular guest experiences, ensuring personalized service.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.
✅ Operations & Service Management:
- Work closely with the bar and waitstaff to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and ambiance in the lounge.
- Ensure smooth seating and reservation management.
- Support the bar team in delivering an outstanding beverage experience.
✅ VIP & Loyalty Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile guests and loyal customers.
- Organize special events, tastings, and exclusive guest experiences.
- Track guest preferences and personalize their future visits.
✅ Team Collaboration & Training:
- Train staff on hospitality best practices and guest interaction.
- Work alongside bartenders, waitstaff, and managers to ensure cohesive service.
- Encourage a culture of hospitality excellence within the team.
✅ Marketing & Promotions:
- Assist in implementing promotional events and themed nights.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the venue's social media presence.
- Help drive brand awareness and guest engagement.
Skills
Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Previous experience in hospitality, bars, lounges, or fine dining.
✔️ Strong guest service and customer engagement skills.
✔️ Experience handling VIP guests and high-end clientele.
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
✔️ Knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage service is a plus.
✔️ Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights as required.
✔️ Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
