  • Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect organization’s goals.
  • Participate in various sales and marketing events to promote the products and services of the company.
  • Generate in-depth sales tactics to amplify the company's profits.
  • Create favourable sales opportunities by formulating an effective distribution strategy.
  • Responsible for devising, directing and leading sales & development plans.
  • Strong interaction with sales team leaders to evaluate and analyse their regional sales performances.
  • Monitor sales data and market trends to set monthly sales targets.
  • Study market trends and opt potential sources to increase market share of the company.
  • Set departmental objectives, develop KPI's to achieve the objectives and performance reviews on quarterly and annual basis.
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve the objectives.
  • Ensure effective and efficient management of retail operations to achieve organization goals.
  • Appointment of distributors and franchise partners and manage business operation in their assigned areas.
  • Be an active participant in any tradeshows, exhibitions, offers or product launches to promote company products.

Skills

  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in negotiating deals and possesses strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage sales operations of a multinational business.
  • Proficiency in English language is a must.
  • Must have experience of at least 5 years as Head of Sales Operations or on a similar designation.
  • Experience of perfume or fashion industry is required.
